What is the R@W Individual Scale ?
The Individual Resilience at Work (R@W) Scale is a simple yet powerful model that enables the cultivation of shared language to discuss and develop adult resilience in the workplace. The Individual R@W Scale was published in the Journal of Environmental Medicine in 2011 and is a scientifically researched measure of seven interrelated factors which, together, contribute to an individual’s overall level of resilience.
The individual Scale underpins two valuable assessments available to accredited users. The Individual R@W Test (for measuring the resilience of an individual at work) and the Enterprise Resilience Tracker™ (for measuring individual resilience across groups of more than 5 (and up to many thousands!) of people.
The Individual R@W Test belongs to a suite of assessments included in our Resilience at Work Toolkit. You can learn more about how our Individual assessments work together with our team and leader assessments in our Introduction Pack below or check out one of our Sample Individual R@W Reports.
